  • You have to be 18 years or older. We will not work with parents or minors.

  • The home page should say when the next opening is. We typically open 1-2 times per year.

  • Please check the ‘‘how to commission’’ page for more info. Upon opening there will be a google forms link, where you can submit information about your character. Once closed we will look through the submissions and pick 1-3 people to work with.

    Slots are not first come first served so keep in mind to be accurate and extensive in the form. The chosen people will get a message within roughly 24 hours with information for payment, slot, price and additional details. Not everyone will get a message so if you don’t hear from us after the opening you didn’t get a slot this time around!

    We can no longer take custom on the spot quotes, a the demand has gotten too high to keep up with. So please refer to the quote calculator.

  • We require clear front, back, and side views of the character.
    If the client intends to provide an updated reference sheet post-approval, it is acceptable, but the design should remain unchanged.
    Any significant alterations in the updated version will result in additional charges for the extra work required to craft the costume.
    The pricing will vary accordingly.

    Please note that we do not work based on descriptions or photographs alone; a reference sheet is essential.

    For those opting for an artistic liberty fursuit, this requirement does not apply. In such cases, we will only need the colors you wish for us to work with and the animal.

    • Ai-generated and VR avatar references are not acceptable
    • You will need to provide a clean, SFW 3 view reference sheet of the character in order to commission us, All references need to provide the following:

    • All colors need to be flat. No shading or gradients

    • All markings and colors must be clean and readable

    • Reference sheet must be high-quality and not pixelated

    • Reference sheet must not be a screenshot. Please upload the full file

    • Important details such as pawpads, tongue, teeth, claws, inside of ears need to be present

  • We do not take part commissions. Occasionally we make spare parts for existing clients but typically we don't offer these to the general public.

  • Yes! Absolutely, we would love to try our hand at something new.

  • It highly depends on the date, but we don't work with deadlines to avoid unnecessary stress or burnout.

  • No, we only need your shoe size. We make our feet paws on crocs.

  • Only if we haven't started your commission or we haven't gotten far with it. If you wish to completely change or redesign the character you are commissioning, please message us as soon as possible!

    Fees for new fur (if new colors are needed) will be discussed as well as design fees.

    If you change your design in the middle of the making process, we will not make changes and will work with the original design. Please be sure that what you are commissioning is the final version.

    In case you wish to cancel the commission because of the said character, we reserve the right to upcycle the current suit and sell it as a premde.

  • The completion time for a costume can vary from a couple of months to a year, depending mainly on our current queue and life circumstances. We kindly ask for your patience during this period, as fursuit-making is not our sole occupation. We do our best to maintain a quick delivery time.

  • No.

  • We require a 30% non-refundable deposit with a minimum of €250 per month.

  • Yes! We have a 6 month warranty on each new suit, all you have to pay is shipping.

  • Yes, you will need to send in a DTD only if you are ordering a fullsuit.
    We will also need your shoe size and the circumference around your head.

    I have nothing against people who chose to make this type of content, I'm just personally not comfortable with crafting it.

  • Nope. If you want it done in their style go commission them.

  • No to both. We make each fursuit from scratch and don't offer parts/ headbase commissions.

  • We get our supplies from a wide variety of websites. Main ones being Big Z and HowlFabrics.

    We would highly advise you to check out Fursuitmaterials.com to find the products you are looking for.

  • We use faux fur, upholstery foam, hot glue, and minky or fleece for the main part.

    Eyes and teeth are 3D printed as well as earrings and or other accessories.
    We also recently started using TPU and foaming TPU for parts.

  • We have a dog and a cat that frequently visits the shop. Please keep in mind any allergies that you may have since we can't guarantee that some items or materials haven't been in contact with our cat.

  • We try our best to make extra room for glasses, but can't promise that they will fit comfortably as they may fit some glasses models better than others.

  • We ship internationally. Shipping price varies heavily depending on where you live

    We're located in Croatia and ship with Croatian Post.
    Any customs fees and extra charges are out of our hands once the package has been sent.

  • Our suits have not been tested in pools and are not made for swimming, our suits are larger than usual for a toony look and abruptly submerging or misuse could damage it. Our warranty does not cover this!

  • We keep a very busy schedule and are not able to give lectures in fursuit making. We suggest checking youtube as this is where we all started. The best advice we can give is to not be afraid of making mistakes as you will learn from them. Your first will never be perfect.

  • Yes, we also take bank transfers, wise and revolut. We charge an additional 3-6% for use of paypal to cover fees.

  • Very infrequently. We will sometimes sell 3d printed headbases on out telegram and we sell some patterns on our Ko-Fi.

  • Items like piercings, tongues, teeth and small bits are NOT something we offer.

  • Yes, although we can’t promise to accept a bodysuit commission with each opening so it may be a while before we can get to you.

  • All our parts and patterns are orignal disigns and handmade, we very rarely use patterns made by other makers.

  • Yes, we line the head with a combination of thin neoprene and sports mesh. Our handpaws and feetpaws are also lined with a thin sports mesh.

  • No, this is not something we can offer.

  • We will not make suits of other people’s characters.

  • We can certainly help with sprucing up your character design! However please make sure to mention this in the early stages or prior to commissioning us as we aren’t able to change parts that have already been completed.
